Return of the Bimple Ball

Years ago when Tubby was a young lad of 7 or 8 he had a beloved toy.  A small bumpy purple ball that had broken off some larger dog toy.  He eagerly chased it around the yard and under couches, barking like a mad pug.  For reasons unknown his father and I called it the Bimple ball. Sadly the reign of the Bimple ball was short lived. It was very small and got lost. Despite gifting him with many other small balls, nothing excited Tubbys passion's like the original.  Now in his twilight years Tubby spends most of his time sleeping, perhaps dreaming of a lost friend.

While shopping for the pup's a Easter basket this year John found a small bumpy purple toy.

A Planet Dog raspberry. It's not an exact replica, but it does bring to mind the Bimple ball.
Needless to say we bought it. At 14 Tubby's ball playing days are far behind him, but the new toy is right up Fry's alley. It's just the right size for his little pug mouth.

  10. Aww, what a cute toy. Raspberries are my favourite fruit ever, so I can't help but like this fun chew toy all the more for the fact that it resembles one.
