Waiting for Santa?

Now where is that guy with the presents?  At least there could be some cookies left out  for him.  In the mean time I'll suck my potato toy, just like my friends Sid:

Note: Welcome to our new revamped blog: Retro Rover.  Urban Hounds had been around awhile and I think it was in need of a face lift.   With this blog I plan to keep writing about the dogs and cats as well as my love of vintage clothing and kitschy retro doo dads and geeky stuff, plus anything else that strikes my scatterbrained fancy.   Hopefully I can also get a new camera so I don't always have to rely on I Phone photos.

  4. Well, hello and congratulations on your new blog. I will be looking forward on your posts. I did just the opposite. The Poodles started out on my knitting and fiber blog and then I moved them to a new one. But, I had nothing in common with them to tie them together. LOVE the tree. I have looked at those for about five years now.

  8. It's a little early for Santa! But maybe cookies will make him visit faster.

  9. Aww! So fabulously cute!!! I think that if Santa came down the chimney and that darling face for him, he'd forget about the rest of his route and just spend the night giving your cute pug tons of snuggles. :)

  13. BOL! Glad to see someone else is a fan of the plush potatoes. I can't get enough of those things. I think I have like 10 of them - most of the squeakers broke a long time ago but I still love to play with them. I bet you're good at fetching them! Also, I just added your new blog to my blog feed!

    -Love,
    Sid.

  15. Nice to see your new blog. Hope Ping is doing okay, you just reminded me when you said you recognised Bridge's symptoms. They thought she might have hepatic encephalopathy after they had ruled out a stroke but she wasn't getting any worse after eating so concluded it must be the vetyrol. It is horrible to see them crying and pressing their heads into the walls. She didn't know where she was or what she was doing. Thanks for the love for her.
