Yes the song is annoying, but the pupsickles they are apparently quite tasty.
Pina Colado Pupsickles
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Put everything into blender and blend to smooth. Pour in ice cube tray and freeze. Enjoy!
